The spot "Südtirol klickt" was a collaboration project between our project group and the Bolzano Citizen Network. In terms of saving costs, local cinema advertising was often shown as a slide show in the last tens of years. The missing sound by using such methods was brought in by tape. By substituting slide shows by video spots or flash animated spots new opportunities came along. They are even more cost effective and the ideas could be converted in a new technique.
I have chosen to support a non profit local institution by creating a spot for their communal network. The special challenges were to design, coordinate and finally translate my concept into action. The result should encourage the audience to use the internet service of the South Tyrolean citizen network, in a friendly way.
The spot is shown in various cinemas in South Tyrol since April 2009.
